SPACE CAREER & INDUSTRY EVENT
Wednesday, April 23 | Time TBD
VIP guests are invited to give an 8–10-minute presentation to the finalists, sharing information about their companies, their path into the space sector, and the career opportunities available to the future workforce. Presentations will be followed by a networking event in the foyer where students can ask additional questions and chat with the industry experts. Event will last approximately 2 hours. Presenters are encouraged to bring company giveaways for the students (approx. 60 students + 20 teachers/chaperones)
MISSION BRIEFING AND COMPETITION
Thursday, April 24 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Teams are given 8 hours to complete their final mission of the season, featuring orbit planning, satellite design, and launch operations challenges. VIP guests are welcome to attend the mission briefing and spectate throughout the day, however interaction with teams will be limited while they are competing.
MISSION DEBRIEFINGS
Friday, April 25 | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Each of the ten teams will present their mission solutions to a panel of judges. VIP guests are welcome to observe some or all of these presentations. Each presentation is roughly 15 minutes.
AWARDS BANQUET
Friday, April 25 | 6:00-8:00 PM
The winners of the 2024-2025 StellarXplorers National Space Design Competition are announced at this highly anticipated Awards Banquet. This is a ticketed event and seats are limited. If you wish to attend, please complete the registration form. One complimentary seat per sponsoring organization.
