TEAM MEMBER INFORMATION - DUE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026.
Must be completed by ALL traveling team members. National Finalist teams are allowed to travel with up to 8 members – one team director, one chaperone, and up to six student competitors.
Each traveling member of the team must complete the Team Member Information form. The information requested is used to arrange air travel, compile the event program, coordinate tours, and ensure proper accommodations during your time in Denver. A full list of information collected via the form is listed below:

TRAVEL AND LODGING INFORMATION - DUE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026.
Completed by the Team Director only. Section 1: Air Travel - This information is needed to make air travel arrangements for the entire team (including chaperone) to travel as a group. Although the form asks for preferred departure times, they are not guaranteed. The StellarXplorers staff will be the final arbiter of travel plans. Once we have the information, you will be contacted by a representative from FROSCH International, our travel agency. We will arrange airport ground transportation in Denver. Additional information will be provided at a later date.
For this event, teams will travel in and out of Denver International Airport (DEN). Departure Date: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Return Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026 Section 2: Hotel Room Assignments - All teams will stay at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center hotel. Rooms have two double beds, and each team is assigned four rooms. Us the form to provide the list of names assigned to each room. If school/organization policy requires your team to have more than four rooms, please contact the StellarXplorers staff at [email protected]. |

RELEASE AND LIABILITY FORMS - DUE BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026
These forms must be filled out by all traveling members of the team. A parent/guardian signature is required for students under 18. We must have ALL these documents signed and in our possession for your team to be eligible to compete in the event. Collect all signed agreements, scan into one consolidated PDF, and submit using the upload link.
