Changes were made to the StellarXplorers Rules and Procedures Book on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023, related to competition space control, outside assistance regulations, and information sharing violations. These changes are outlined on page 3 of the document as part of the rule change summary, as well as highlighted in Chapter 3 of the document.

The Practice Round 2 scenario booklet has been updated - the revised zip file is titled: PR2_STLX10 Scenario Files v2. Teams should download the revised booklet ASAP to ensure they're operating with the most current data. There were two typos in the previously released PR2 scenario booklet.
The scenario booklet has been updated to reflect the following:
p.5 - There are 4 possible recorders available (as per the chart), not five as previously listed in the text.
p.6 - The transmitter speeds in the chart are reflective of GB/sec, not TB/sec as previously listed in the chart.

For this round you'll need to have the Planetary Data Supplement loaded as part of your STK. If you don't have this, re-open the STK install file, on the Systems Tool Kit Installer menu check the box for the Planetary Data Supplement. This install should be very quick, as you are only adding this supplemental packet.

Note on STK 12 Known Issue: Sometimes when changing the Perigee Altitude on the satellite’s Properties page, to say 800 km for example, you may get an error stating: “Value 800 km entered for ‘Perigee Altitude’ is invalid! Enter a real number whose range is 0 km and 0.000999999 km.” You can clear this error by changing the “Apogee Altitude” window to “Semimajor Axis” and then back to “Apogee Altitude”. It clears the error, and you can now change the “Perigee Altitude”” to the value you need.
