TEAM REGISTRATION - Must register by October 14, 2026.

  • The registration form should be completed by the team director only. The team director is the adult individual who will act as the coach for the team throughout the season. Student competitors should not complete this form.
  • All team directors must register their team(s) for the current competition season, regardless of participation in a previous season. Team registrations do NOT carry over from past seasons.
    • IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE TEAM, you must submit a separate registration form for each team.
    • A single team director may register up to 5 teams. 
    • Each team may have between 2-6 competitors. Competitors are registered at a later date (i.e., once your team is approved).
    • This is no limit to the number of team allows at a single organization, as long as there are enough team directors to support the number of teams.
  • An invoice and competitor registration form will be sent once your team application is verified by your verification official and approved by the StellarXplorers staff.
Registration Deadlines:
  • Team registration must be completed by October 14, 2026.
  • Competitor Registration must be completed by October 21, 2026 (additional information provided after being approved)
  • Payment (if applicable) is due by November 5, 2026

Registration Fee:
While we’ve worked hard to keep participation costs low throughout the years, rising operational expenses and changes in program funding have required us to make adjustments to the registration fees and waiver structure. We understand this change may affect some participating schools and programs. If the new cost creates a challenge, please contact us at [email protected]. We remain committed to making StellarXplorers accessible to those teams that wish to participate.

High School & Middle School team = $250 / team
JROTC unit = $125 / team (all team members must be part of the unit to be eligible for this price).
Civil Air Patrol squadron = $125 / team (all team members must be part of the squadron to be eligible for this price)
All-Girl team = $125 / team

You will receive an invoice once your team is approved. Payment may be submitted by check, ACH, or credit card. Purchase orders are also accepted. If needed, a W-9 for the Air and Space Forces Association is available for download.
